Terms for requests and offers

The itineraries, guides, access, accommodation, transfers and services presented on the website are design programs. They are validated before any firm commercial commitment.

No price, departure date or availability is published without confirmation.

A request sent from the website receives a number and an acknowledgement. It is neither a booking nor a confirmation of availability.

MDCBridge replies with a proposal suited to your goals, the format you want and the confirmed services. The applicable terms of sale are set out in the final offer.

Visiting mining sites, regulated scientific work and sampling require, depending on the case, specific agreements and permits. No sampling is planned in the standard educational offer.

The expeditions are discovery journeys: they include no research, sampling or academic certification. A certificate of participation, if any, is not a university degree.
